Accredited to HARPS quality standards, we analyse the quality of fruit as it arrives, during packing and most importantly during the dispatch period. We test pressure, brix, and scan for all minor and major defects. It’s only after passing these high standards that we release the finished product: fresh, top quality pre-packed fruit.
